In the voice selection UI on the website & Reader app, I'd love to an able to like (❤️) and unlike certain voices. If I have liked voices, they should appear on top of any list as a separate section, sorted the same way as the current sorting. A "Liked" category could be added for filtering.

With hundreds of voices in my library, I have some 20 favorites that are my common go-to choices, and sometimes I want to explore something from the longer tail.
